Mix 5 grams/1 spoon powder in honey or in a glass of warm water and take it twice a day.

(Face / Skin Care) :

Make a paste of katuri turmeric powder with normal water / rose water / yogurt. You can add besan / multani mitti / lemon juice for added benefits. Apply it evenly on your face/skin and leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
